International Human Rights Law Vs Sharia Law: Western Ideology And Islamic Cultural Interpretation Of Gender

Clearly, any attempt to apply the International Human Rights law, which is based upon Western ideology, to countries that practice Sharia law, which is based upon the teachings of Islam, is a most difficult application to make.
